Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Delaware
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an LMFT to provide remote counseling services for clients needing support with relationship issues, family conflict, adjustment challenges, anxiety, stress, and other behavioral health concerns. This is a full-time telehealth role for a clinician who values organized care delivery, consistent scheduling, and strong clinical standards. You will spend your day leading sessions, documenting care, developing treatment plans, and helping clients move toward healthier day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions during standard business hours
• Evaluate relationship patterns, family concerns, and emotional health needs
• Develop treatment plans based on client goals and presenting issues
• Guide clients through therapeutic interventions that support healthier functioning
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain continuity of care and follow up on treatment progress
• Stay current with telehealth best practices and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active Delaware LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
