Job Summary

As a remote LMFT, you will work with clients who are seeking support for relationship concerns, family issues, emotional stress, grief, adjustment periods, and communication difficulties. Your day-to-day work will include virtual therapy sessions, treatment planning, client documentation, and ongoing care coordination when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients through secure video sessions
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Assess clinical concerns and create clear treatment goals
• Help clients work through family conflict, communication struggles, boundaries, stress, and relationship patterns
• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical standards
• Adjust treatment plans as client needs change
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in a remote setting
• Use sound clinical judgment during every stage of care

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection
