Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Your work will focus on helping clients feel supported, gain clarity, and develop tools that strengthen their relationships and emotional well-being. With a Monday through Friday schedule and full-time hours, this role gives you room to focus on quality care without sacrificing work-life balance.
Responsibilities
• Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client concerns and create clear treatment goals
• Help clients address relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, grief, and life changes
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates in a timely manner
• Use evidence-informed therapy methods based on each client’s needs
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Nebraska
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and ethical care standards
