Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Location: New Mexico
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an LPCC who enjoys steady clinical work and values meaningful one-on-one time with clients. In this remote role, you will provide therapy to individuals across New Mexico who are seeking support with emotional health, personal challenges, and day-to-day coping.
Your work will include listening closely, identifying client needs, creating clear treatment plans, and helping clients make progress at a pace that feels realistic for them.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment goals
• Create and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Provide support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions
• Keep accurate and timely clinical records
• Follow state licensing requirements and professional care standards
Requirements:
• Current New Mexico LPCC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
• Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy
• Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online documentation
