Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote counseling services for clients in Louisiana. This position involves helping clients navigate relationship concerns, communication struggles, family stress, emotional challenges, and life adjustments. You’ll use your clinical training to provide steady, professional support through telehealth while helping clients create healthier connections and stronger coping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Support individuals, couples, and families with relationship and behavioral health concerns
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help clients work on communication, boundaries, conflict management, and emotional regulation
• Keep accurate records, progress notes, and treatment updates
• Maintain professional standards for privacy, ethics, and clinical care
• Coordinate with care teams or referral sources when needed

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Louisiana
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and clinical documentation requirements
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
