Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This position is ideal for an LMFT who enjoys helping clients address personal and relationship challenges through practical, structured therapy. In this remote role, you will meet with clients online, identify treatment goals, provide evidence-based support, and help them improve emotional health and relationship stability. Your daily work will include direct client care, documentation, and collaboration within a professional behavioral health environment.
Responsibilities
• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns during intake and follow-up sessions
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Help clients work through communication issues, family stress, trauma, and other mental health concerns
• Document sessions clearly and complete records within required timeframes
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all telehealth regulations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
