Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
This full-time telehealth LMFT position gives you the opportunity to serve Nebraska clients from a remote setting while maintaining a stable weekday schedule. You’ll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families who are working through relationship issues, family stress, anxiety, grief, adjustment concerns, and communication struggles.
In this role, you’ll help clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and take realistic steps toward healthier relationships and improved emotional wellness. Responsibilities
• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Perform client assessments and identify treatment needs
• Create and manage treatment plans with measurable goals
• Support clients dealing with relationship conflict, family stress, anxiety, grief, and adjustment concerns
• Complete clinical documentation according to professional standards
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Nebraska
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and ethical care standards
