Location: Montana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families. This role is centered on helping clients work through relationship concerns, emotional stress, family conflict, and life changes through ongoing counseling and treatment planning. You will manage a regular caseload, document care clearly, and provide steady clinical support through telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform
• Support individuals, couples, and families with a range of behavioral health concerns
• Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans
• Track progress and adjust therapeutic goals when needed
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes and clinical records
• Identify client needs for additional support or outside referrals
• Follow ethical, clinical, and telehealth guidelines in daily practice

Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Montana
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
• Strong written documentation and communication skills
