Full-Time Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are currently looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a Remote/Telehealth opening in Oklahoma.
In this role, you will provide therapy that supports individuals, couples, and families dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns. The work includes meeting with clients virtually, identifying treatment goals, documenting sessions, and helping clients make progress over time. This is a practical clinical role for therapists who want a stable full-time schedule and the convenience of remote practice.
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Create measurable treatment goals and support client progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Provide therapy for relational, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needs
Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Oklahoma
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
