Job Summary
This full-time telehealth position is for a Montana-licensed LMFT who wants to provide meaningful therapy without the added stress of commuting or working across multiple sites. You will work with clients who are navigating challenges in their relationships, homes, and personal lives, helping them build healthier patterns and move toward manageable, realistic goals.
Your day-to-day work will include virtual therapy sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and ongoing support for clients as they work through relational and emotional concerns. This role is a good match for a therapist who values clear expectations, consistent work, and the ability to provide high-quality care from a professional remote setting.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
• Support individuals, couples, and families with concerns such as conflict, stress, communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, and emotional strain
• Assess client needs and determine appropriate clinical goals
• Build and maintain treatment plans that reflect client progress and changing needs
• Document sessions, updates, assessments, and care plans in a timely manner
• Help clients identify patterns that may be affecting their relationships or daily functioning
• Maintain professional boundaries and a safe virtual therapy environment
• Keep all services aligned with telehealth policies, state regulations, and ethical practice standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable working with clients in a remote telehealth setting
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
