Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Mississippi
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
In this remote LMFT role, you will help clients navigate the challenges that affect relationships and family life. Your work will include therapy sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation for clients receiving care through a secure telehealth platform. This is a practical role for a licensed clinician who can balance quality therapy, strong documentation, and consistent follow-through in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy to clients through a secure online platform
• Support individuals, couples, and families with relationship and behavioral health concerns
• Complete assessments and identify clinically appropriate treatment goals
• Maintain treatment plans and session documentation
• Track progress and adjust care strategies based on client response
• Educate clients on tools and strategies that support healthier relationships and coping skills
• Ensure services are delivered in line with ethical and legal standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active Mississippi LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
