Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Connecticut
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support Connecticut clients through secure telehealth care. This position focuses on helping clients manage communication challenges, family stress, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and emotional wellness. You will provide a professional and supportive therapy experience while helping clients better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and work through challenges that affect their home and personal life.
Responsibilities
• Provide therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Work with individuals, couples, and families
• Create and update treatment plans
• Help clients build practical coping and communication skills
• Maintain accurate progress notes
• Follow HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
Requirements:
• Active Connecticut LMFT license required
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
