Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Maryland. In this role, you will help clients work through emotional, behavioral, relational, and mental health concerns through structured, evidence-based care delivered in a telehealth setting. This position is ideal for a therapist who values strong clinical work, clear communication, and consistent follow-through in a full-time remote schedule.
Responsibilities
• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each case
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and clinical quality in a telehealth environment
• Coordinate care when appropriate with other providers or support systems
• Manage a steady caseload while delivering thoughtful, effective care
Requirements:
• Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable delivering services through secure telehealth platforms
• Knowledge of ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full-time availability during standard weekday business hours
