Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
Step into a remote LMFT role where your clinical skills are used to help clients make sense of the challenges affecting their relationships, families, and personal well-being. Serving clients throughout Nebraska, you’ll provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families who need support with conflict, stress, life changes, communication, and emotional concerns.
Your day will center on therapy sessions, treatment planning, progress tracking, and documentation, all within a steady Monday through Friday schedule. This role offers the flexibility of telehealth with the structure of a full-time clinical position.
Responsibilities
• Deliver remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments and establish client-centered treatment plans
• Help clients work through family dynamics, relationship concerns, and life stressors
• Track progress and update treatment goals when needed
• Maintain complete and timely clinical records
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Nebraska
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and ethical care standards
