Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
This full-time LMFT role is for a therapist who enjoys helping people improve family relationships, communication, and emotional health in a virtual care setting. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients, understanding their goals, building treatment plans, and guiding them through consistent therapy sessions. It is a strong fit for someone who values structure, clear clinical work, and steady client care.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Build practical treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide therapy to couples, families, and individual adults
• Keep documentation current, detailed, and compliant
• Monitor progress and revise care plans as treatment continues
• Maintain professional standards for privacy, ethics, and telehealth delivery
Requirements:
• Active LMFT license in Indiana
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
• Strong written documentation and communication skills
