Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position serving clients across Texas.
This role focuses on providing virtual therapy services, completing clinical assessments, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns. The LMFT will manage an active caseload, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver care that is structured, ethical, and consistent.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on clinical need
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when appropriate
• Conduct risk assessments and respond appropriately to urgent clinical concerns
• Coordinate care with other providers or support systems when needed
• Follow state, payer, and organizational standards for telehealth delivery
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Active, unrestricted Texas LMFT license
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, or families
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth best practices
