Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
This remote LMFT position is centered on helping clients better understand the patterns affecting their relationships, homes, and daily lives. You will provide therapy through telehealth sessions, working with clients who may be navigating marital stress, parenting concerns, family conflict, anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life adjustments.
The day-to-day work includes holding scheduled sessions, documenting care, developing treatment goals, and helping clients build healthier ways to communicate, cope, and relate to others. This is a full-time role for a licensed professional who wants consistency, strong benefits, and the ability to provide care from a remote setting.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Assess client concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Help clients address communication challenges, relationship strain, parenting issues, emotional distress, and family transitions.
• Use evidence-informed therapeutic approaches suited to each client’s goals.
• Keep clear and timely records of sessions, progress, and treatment updates.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland licensure standards and telehealth requirements.
• Provide a professional, reliable therapy experience through virtual care.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing.
• Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Comfortable delivering care through secure telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
