Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Job Summary
This remote LMFT position is designed for a licensed therapist who enjoys helping clients work through family, relationship, and emotional challenges in a structured telehealth setting. You will meet with clients virtually, provide thoughtful clinical care, create treatment plans, and guide clients toward healthier communication, stronger coping skills, and more stable relationships. The role offers a full-time schedule, reliable hours, and the ability to provide therapy from a private home office.
Location: North Carolina
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client needs and create clear, appropriate treatment plans
• Provide therapy for relationship concerns, parenting stress, family conflict, grief, anxiety, depression, and related issues
• Document sessions, updates, and treatment progress in a timely manner
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in all client interactions
• Use telehealth tools effectively to support client care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina in good standing
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
