Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote/telehealth position serving clients across Michigan.
As an LMFT in this position, you will provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth platforms. Your day-to-day work will include assessing client needs, building treatment plans, guiding sessions, documenting care, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
Position Details
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Responsibilities
• Provide therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
• Support clients with relationship, family, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Coordinate care when needed with other providers or support systems
• Follow clinical, ethical, and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active LMFT license
• Prior experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred
