Job Summary

This full-time remote LMFT role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to clients in South Dakota through a secure telehealth platform. The work includes supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate conflict, emotional strain, communication concerns, and changing life circumstances. This is a practical, client-facing role with a consistent weekday schedule, strong annual pay, and full benefits.

• Location: South Dakota
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions for clients using a secure online platform
• Provide clinical support for couples, families, and individuals
• Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches
• Create, update, and manage treatment plans
• Maintain clear, professional, and compliant client documentation
• Track client progress over time and make clinical adjustments as needed
• Follow all LMFT licensing standards and telehealth regulations

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in South Dakota
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
