Location: Alabama
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Louisiana. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, family stress, life changes, and mental health challenges through structured, evidence-based care delivered by telehealth. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, ongoing counseling, progress tracking, and clear clinical documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client needs, concerns, and relationship or family dynamics
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Use appropriate therapeutic models for family systems, couples counseling, and related concerns
• Coordinate care when needed with other providers or support services
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
• Active LMHC license in good standing
• Experience with counseling adults in a clinical or telehealth setting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of treatment planning and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
