Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Arkansas. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions, helping clients manage relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, communication challenges, family conflict, and emotional health needs.
Position Details
Location: Arkansas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Support clients with relationship concerns, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA requirements for remote mental health care
• Coordinate care or referrals when additional support is needed
• Participate in clinical updates, case discussions, or team communication as required
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions
