Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Nebraska-licensed LMFT for a full-time remote therapy role focused on helping clients improve the relationships and patterns that shape their everyday lives. Through secure telehealth sessions, you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families facing communication issues, emotional stress, family changes, and relationship strain.
This is a strong fit for a therapist who enjoys focused clinical work and wants a professional role with consistent hours. You’ll guide clients through meaningful conversations, help them set clear goals, and support steady progress in a practical, client-centered way.
Responsibilities
• Provide telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and family systems
• Complete clinical evaluations and identify treatment priorities
• Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and concerns
• Guide clients through relationship patterns, communication issues, and emotional challenges
• Keep accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Nebraska
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and ethical care standards
