Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This remote LMFT role centers on providing therapy that helps clients improve relationships, manage emotional challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies. You will work with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth sessions, using clinical assessments and treatment planning to support long-term progress. The role combines direct client care, organization, and clinical follow-through in a professional virtual care setting.
Responsibilities
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through telehealth
• Assess presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment direction
• Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans based on client response
• Help clients navigate conflict, stress, mood concerns, trauma, and family issues
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records in the EHR system
• Identify risk factors and respond according to clinical protocols
• Stay aligned with licensing standards, privacy requirements, and internal procedures
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
