Location: Augusta, GA
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Part-Time
Pay: $45–$65/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote part-time opening serving Augusta, GA. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping clients work through family tension, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a virtual setting. You’ll meet with clients through telehealth, create practical treatment plans, document care, and provide support that helps clients improve everyday functioning and relationship health.
Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth
• Identify clinical concerns through assessments and ongoing sessions
• Develop treatment plans with clear and realistic goals
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
• Help clients address communication breakdowns, stress, and family-related issues
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust when needed
• Stay compliant with privacy laws, clinical guidelines, and licensing standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license in Georgia
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong communication and organization skills
