Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy services to clients across West Virginia.

In this role, you will help clients understand their concerns, work through difficult experiences, and build healthier coping strategies. You will complete assessments, guide treatment sessions, document progress, and provide consistent clinical support in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to clients in West Virginia
• Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
• Create treatment goals that are clear, measurable, and client-focused
• Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life changes
• Maintain organized and accurate clinical records
• Review client progress and update care plans as needed

Requirements:
• Active LICSW license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
