Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Rhode Island. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical support for individuals managing mental health concerns, life stressors, relationship challenges, and emotional difficulties.

This is a full-time weekday role with steady hours, competitive pay, and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history
• Create, update, and maintain treatment plans based on client needs
• Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Use evidence-based clinical approaches appropriate to each client
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Rhode Island
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
