Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This remote LICSW position is designed for a licensed clinical social worker who wants a steady full-time role providing telehealth therapy to clients in Rhode Island. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, providing therapy, maintaining treatment plans, and documenting care in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth system
• Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
• Identify client goals and create appropriate treatment plans
• Provide support for clients dealing with mental health symptoms, stress, life transitions, grief, and relationship concerns
• Document all sessions, updates, and clinical decisions accurately
• Review client progress and update treatment goals when needed

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Rhode Island
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
