We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in Washington. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, therapy, progress tracking, and helping clients strengthen the skills they need for daily life.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Assess client symptoms, concerns, strengths, and treatment goals
• Develop care plans that support measurable progress
• Assist clients with emotional regulation, stress management, trauma recovery, and relationship concerns
• Keep clinical records organized and up to date
• Review client progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate

Requirements:
• Active Washington LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Clinical experience in therapy, behavioral health, or mental health care
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
