Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy for clients who need reliable mental health support. This role is not about rushing through sessions or offering one-size-fits-all care. It is about understanding what clients are carrying, helping them sort through it, and creating a path forward that fits their life.
You will provide therapy through a secure telehealth system, manage treatment plans, document care, and help clients work toward healthier ways of thinking, coping, and relating to others. This is a strong fit for an LICSW who enjoys direct client work and values practical, grounded therapy.
Responsibilities
• Provide remote counseling sessions for clients with a range of emotional and behavioral health needs
• Help clients identify what is affecting their day-to-day life and what they want to change
• Complete psychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical information
• Build care plans that connect client goals with appropriate therapy interventions
• Support clients through concerns related to mood, stress, trauma, relationships, work, family, and life transitions
• Notice changes in client presentation and respond with appropriate clinical judgment
• Document each session with care, accuracy, and attention to required standards
• Maintain clear professional boundaries in a virtual care setting
• Recommend outside resources or higher levels of support when appropriate
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work
• Active North Dakota LICSW license in good standing
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload with professionalism and good judgment
