Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time telehealth services to clients throughout West Virginia.

This position focuses on direct clinical care. You will provide therapy, complete assessments, identify treatment goals, and support clients as they work through mental health concerns and life challenges. Your work will help clients gain clarity, build coping skills, and take practical steps toward better day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy through a secure virtual platform
• Complete intake assessments and review client history
• Develop clear treatment plans based on client needs
• Help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and adjustment issues
• Track treatment progress and update goals when needed
• Maintain complete and organized clinical records

Requirements:
• Active LICSW license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
