Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients across West Virginia.

In this role, you will work with individuals who need professional support for mental health concerns, life transitions, stress, trauma, and emotional challenges. You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and help clients make practical progress in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
• Support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life changes
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:
• Active LICSW license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
