Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LICSW position gives you the chance to do focused therapy work without the commute or clinic traffic. You will work with clients who are looking for practical support, emotional clarity, and professional guidance as they manage difficult seasons in their lives. Your sessions may include helping a client understand their anxiety, process a loss, manage family stress, rebuild confidence, or make sense of patterns they have carried for years. You will bring clinical skill, structure, and steady presence to each session while working from a private remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through a secure virtual therapy platform
• Conduct thoughtful first sessions that help clients feel heard and understood
• Assess clinical concerns, risk factors, personal history, strengths, and treatment needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on what each client wants to work on
• Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods and sound professional judgment
• Help clients develop coping tools they can use between appointments
• Track changes in symptoms, goals, and overall progress
• Complete documentation in a clear, timely, and professional manner

Requirements:
• Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work
• Active North Dakota LICSW license in good standing
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload with professionalism and good judgment
