Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician & certified Laser Technician who is passionate about skincare, client results, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and sales-driven, with the ability to build strong client relationships and recommend customized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced skincare services including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other medical-grade procedures (based on certification)
Evaluate clients’ skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans
Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-care, and homecare products
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Meet or exceed individual service and retail sales goals
Stay up to date with industry trends, treatments, and technologies
Qualifications:
Active Esthetician license (required)
Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations)
1–2+ years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
Excellent communication and consultation skills
Sales-oriented with a passion for client results
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
