Your Role:

Respond to client requests online and by phone professionally and promptly

Assist agents with appointments, renewals, and new sales

Conduct outreach to current and prospective clients

Maintain accurate client records in the database

Handle day-to-day client questions on claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates

Produce high-quality informational materials for clients

What We’re Looking For:

Client-facing customer service experience, preferably in insurance

Valid P&C Oregon insurance license and prior licensed insurance experience

Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Competence with MS Office, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems

Aptitude for prioritizing workloads and managing calls/walk-ins

Capacity to work independently and complete tasks efficiently

Expertise in explaining coverage details and recommendations

Positive, motivated attitude with comfort using technology
