Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LPCC-S or LISW-S) to join our team in a hybrid clinical and leadership role. This position offers a unique opportunity for a clinician who enjoys direct client care while also developing skills in supervision, program oversight, and leadership.
This role is primarily focused on individual counseling and clinical supervision, with occasional group coverage support as needed.
This position is designed as a leadership development opportunity, with the potential to transition into a Clinical Director or Program Director role based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services:
Provide individual counseling services to clients
Assist with group therapy on an as-needed basis to support coverage (e.g., staff absences, scheduling gaps)
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Supervision & Leadership:
Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to licensed staff
Review, provide feedback on, and sign off on clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, etc.)
Support staff development, clinical decision-making, and adherence to best practices
Ensure compliance with agency, state, and payer requirements
Leadership Development & Program Involvement:
Participate in program development, quality improvement, and operational initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on clinical programming and service delivery
Gradually assume increased oversight responsibilities based on performance and readiness

Qualifications
Active Ohio licensure as LPCC-S or LISW-S (required)
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Experience providing clinical supervision strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of documentation standards, medical necessity, and compliance (Medicaid experience a plus)
Interest in leadership, program development, and team support
