Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Delaware. In this role, you’ll help clients work through mental health challenges, understand patterns affecting their daily lives, and build practical strategies for long-term progress. This position is focused on delivering quality clinical care, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting clients through consistent, professional telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and identify client needs
• Develop treatment plans based on client goals and presenting concerns
• Monitor progress and update care plans as needed
• Support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions

Requirements:
• Active Delaware LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
