Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a remote mental health team serving clients throughout Texas.
The LCSW in this role provides therapy, evaluates client needs, and supports treatment planning through virtual care. Day to day, this means meeting with clients, documenting sessions, identifying barriers to progress, and helping patients move toward practical, measurable goals.
Responsibilities
• Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals and, when appropriate, families
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide ongoing clinical support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and related concerns
• Maintain clear, accurate, and prompt session documentation
• Identify safety concerns and follow proper escalation procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams or outside providers as needed
• Support continuity of care through regular follow-up and case management awareness
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Texas LCSW license
• Prior experience in behavioral health, outpatient therapy, or telehealth settings
• Sound clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload efficiently
• Working knowledge of documentation standards, ethics, and privacy requirements
