Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide consistent virtual therapy to clients who need reliable follow-through. This role focuses on clear assessments, practical treatment planning, and ongoing care coordination. The work is structured, steady, and centered on progress rather than volume.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
• Complete progress notes and clinical documentation on time
• Review care plans for clarity and continuity
• Provide clinical input on cases needing additional support
• Maintain compliance with Arkansas regulations and standards

Requirements:
• Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience managing a caseload independently
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
