This role involves providing virtual therapy, assessing client needs, documenting care, and supporting clients as they work through mental health concerns and daily life challenges. Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy sessions through a secure online platform
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, social, and mental health concerns
• Complete progress notes, treatment updates, and required documentation
• Maintain compliance with telehealth, privacy, and clinical practice standards
• Adjust treatment approaches based on client response and clinical presentation
• Manage scheduling, session preparation, and follow-up tasks professionally

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active New York LCSW license in good standing
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
