Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

This role supports clients across Arkansas through structured virtual therapy. As an LCSW, you will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care while helping maintain consistency across services. The emphasis is on quality sessions, clear documentation, and steady follow-through.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
• Develop and update client treatment plans
• Complete progress notes and clinical documentation on schedule
• Review care approaches to ensure alignment with clinical standards
• Provide feedback on cases requiring additional clinical input
• Operate in full compliance with Arkansas regulations

Requirements:
• Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Prior telehealth experience preferred
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently
