Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re seeking an LCSW to provide remote behavioral health services in a full-time telehealth role. The work involves meeting with clients virtually, helping them address personal and mental health challenges, and using clinical judgment to guide treatment in a clear, organized way.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions
• Evaluate client history, symptoms, and treatment needs
• Build treatment goals that support measurable progress
• Use evidence-based approaches in therapy sessions
• Keep timely and accurate clinical notes
• Collaborate with care teams or outside providers as appropriate

Requirements:
• Active Utah LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
• Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual care platforms
