Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an LCSW for a remote full-time opportunity supporting clients across New Hampshire. The day-to-day work includes conducting therapy sessions, identifying client needs, building practical care plans, and tracking progress over time. This is a strong fit for a clinician who values structured work, reliable scheduling, and high-quality virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a recurring basis
• Assess mental health concerns, social factors, and treatment needs
• Develop practical treatment goals and measurable care plans
• Keep clinical notes, progress records, and related documentation current
• Respond to client concerns using sound clinical judgment

Maintain compliance with clinical and telehealth standards

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active New Hampshire clinical social work license in good standing
• Ability to independently provide clinical services in a telehealth setting
• ASWB Clinical exam completion is part of New Hampshire’s clinical social worker licensure pathway.
