Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker is needed to provide telehealth therapy for clients seeking support with mental health, stress, life transitions, and related concerns. The LCSW will guide clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care while maintaining accurate clinical records. This role is well-suited for a clinician who values client-centered work, professional consistency, and accessible remote care.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Assess client symptoms, strengths, risks, and support needs
• Build individualized treatment plans
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client presentation
• Document session notes, progress updates, and care plans
• Help clients develop coping skills and practical tools

Requirements:
• Active Delaware LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
