Job Summary
A remote opportunity is available for a Texas-licensed LCSW who wants to provide therapy in a structured telehealth setting. You will work with clients who are dealing with mental health concerns, personal stressors, family or relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and life changes that affect how they function day to day.
This role involves more than holding sessions. You will assess client needs, guide treatment goals, document progress, and help clients build tools they can use outside of therapy. The work calls for patience, professionalism, and the ability to make virtual care feel personal and supportive.
Responsibilities
• Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing client assessments
• Develop treatment goals with clients and update plans as care continues
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Keep accurate records in the electronic health system
• Monitor client progress and address changes in clinical needs
• Follow safety planning and reporting procedures when needed
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential care at all times
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Texas LCSW license in good standing
• Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions
Benefits:
• $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
