Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to meet with clients virtually and provide ongoing mental health support. In this role, you’ll help clients talk through challenges, build practical coping tools, and work toward treatment goals that fit their needs. This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who wants a remote clinical role serving Kentucky clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
• Assess client concerns and develop care plans
• Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
• Help clients build coping strategies and strengthen day-to-day functioning
• Maintain clear and accurate progress notes
• Update treatment plans based on client progress
• Refer clients to additional resources when appropriate

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic records systems
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
