Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout Kentucky. This role gives you the chance to support people through real-life challenges, help them understand what they’re experiencing, and guide them toward healthier coping skills and steady progress. You’ll provide care remotely while making a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients you serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
• Create treatment plans based on each client’s goals
• Support clients working through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions
• Track client progress and adjust care plans when needed

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic records systems
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
