We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote telehealth position. This role focuses on providing mental health support through virtual therapy sessions, helping clients manage emotional, behavioral, and life challenges in a structured clinical setting. You will work directly with individuals to assess needs, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing care that supports measurable progress.

Position: Full-Time
Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
• Support clients with evidence-based interventions and practical coping strategies
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services
• Strong documentation and case management skills
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
