Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring an LCSW to provide virtual behavioral health services in a structured full-time role. This position involves working directly with clients to assess concerns, provide therapy, guide treatment, and maintain detailed records. The role is well suited for a clinician who values organized care delivery, steady scheduling, and effective therapeutic work in a telehealth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy through video-based sessions
• Assess mental health needs and establish clinical recommendations
• Develop treatment strategies tailored to each client
• Complete progress notes and required clinical records on time
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and support goal tracking
• Recognize urgent clinical concerns and respond appropriately

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Connecticut
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills
