Job Summary
As a Remote LCSW, you will provide online therapy for clients across Texas who are seeking support for mental health and life challenges. Your role will include learning each client’s story, assessing their needs, creating a clear treatment plan, and providing ongoing therapy that supports progress over time.
This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys direct clinical care and wants a role with a clear structure. You will help clients manage stress, process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and work toward goals that feel realistic for their day-to-day lives.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Meet with clients online and provide ongoing therapy support through secure telehealth sessions
• Learn each client’s story, current challenges, and goals for therapy
• Complete assessments that help guide the direction of care
• Develop treatment plans that give clients a clear path forward
• Help clients manage concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties
• Provide practical strategies clients can use outside of therapy sessions
• Keep notes, assessments, and treatment updates accurate and timely
• Track progress and make thoughtful changes to the care plan when needed
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional standards for remote clinical care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical counseling services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection
